SHIPPING & HANDLING
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to provide you with tracking information for your order. Once shipped, your items will arrive within 1-2 weeks. A tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including your apartment number. In the event of delivery failure due to an incomplete address, please note that additional charges may apply to reship your order. We strive to ensure a seamless shipping experience. For international orders, please be aware that customs fees may apply, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer. We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges. Due to the exclusive nature and high demand for our merchandise, we are unable to accept returns or process exchanges. Please ensure that you have selected the correct product size, shipping address, and billing address, as these details cannot be changed once the order is placed. Cancellation of an order is only possible in the case of critical errors. We do not have inventory available for size corrections or exchanges. We regret that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items ordered incorrectly. Please carefully review your selection before making a purchase. Payments can be made using debit or credit cards through Shopify Payments. Please note that your bank may charge currency conversion fees. If your order is being shipped to an address different from the billing address associated with your credit card, we may request a photo of your ID or credit card matching the billing address for verification purposes.
We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once a package is in transit, the buyer assumes full responsibility. If you encounter any issues regarding a lost package, we recommend contacting USPS or your local postal service for assistance in locating or filing a lost package report.
