SHIPPING & HANDLING

Please allow 5-10 business days to receive tracking for your order and 2-3 weeks for items to ship. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with the order. Please make sure you provide us with a complete and correct shipping address, including your apartment number. If delivery fails due to an incomplete address, please note that additional charges may apply to reship your order. We do our best to ensure an orderly shipping process. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are subject to customs fees. We are not responsible for these charges. We ship to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final - no returns or exchanges. Due to the exclusive nature and high demand for merchandise, all sales are final. Please make sure your selected product size, shipping and billing address are correct as they cannot be changed. Since orders cannot be changed, they can only be cancelled if there are critical errors in your order. Inventory isn't available for size corrections and/or exchanges. We don't accept returns or refunds for items that were ordered incorrectly. Please read your selection carefully before purchasing from our online shop. PAYMENTS

Payments are made by debit and credit card through Shopify Payments. Please note that your bank may charge currency conversion fees. Please note that if your order is shipped to an address different from the credit card billing address, we may require a photo of your ID or credit card that matches the billing address.

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Buyer agrees to full responsibility with purchase. Please contact USPS or your local postal service to locate your package or to post a lost package.

We cannot 100% guarantee that every item will look exactly as it is displayed on a device. We always do our best to display colors accurately, but occasionally there is a slight variation.
